Wes Jones brings veteran OL savvy and captain-level grit to Norfolk State
In the 2018 season, Wes Jones started all 11 games at center for Norfolk State, served as a team captain, and finished his career with 28 consecutive starts, the kind of steady, dependable trench play coaches love. He also helped the Spartans rank No. 3 in the MEAC in passing offense, which says plenty about his value as an anchor up front. Jones’s differentiators are experience, versatility across the interior line, and a hard-working profile that earned praise for accepting the challenge of earning a spot. If you want an experienced, high-floor interior lineman, he fits.
