Shamyjha Price brings senior poise, steals, and shot-making to Winthrop
In the 2022-23 season, Shamyjha Price was a steady two-way guard for Winthrop, averaging 10.1 points per game and ranking among the Big South’s steal leaders with 48 steals on the year.[4][8] She also showed a real scoring punch, setting career highs with 23 points in a game, while her background notes a 1,000-point prep career and a three-year starting track record.[1] If your team wants a tough, experienced guard who competes hard, disrupts passing lanes, and can give you efficient secondary scoring, Price is a strong fit—more grinder than glamour, and that’s a compliment.
