Portland State’s Rising Guard with Elite Scoring Intensity
Steven Hamilton is a 6-1 graduate guard for Portland State (not a center) who brings explosive scoring intensity and a graduate-level business mindset to the court. Though listed as a guard, his 8.4 PPG and 22-minute average in 2020-21 reveal a player who dominates with 5-for-9 shooting efficiency and relentless drive. His differentiator isn’t size—it’s his graduate-level focus, Phoenixville grit, and ability to elevate team performance under pressure. No major injury history; his intensity level is elite. He’s a perfect fit for teams needing a high-efficiency scorer with leadership maturity and a winning mentality.
