Veteran Georgia State outfielder back in the mix, with transfer upside and a lefty bat
Aleya Hill is a redshirt senior outfielder for Georgia State in 2026, bringing experience from Louisiana Tech and a left-handed bat that adds roster flexibility. Georgia State listed her on the 2026 roster, but its own roster bio says she did not compete in 2026, so the key takeaway is more about eligibility, depth, and potential than current production. Earlier public stat pages show limited offensive output in prior seasons, which suggests her value is likely in maturity, defensive reliability, and transfer experience rather than headline numbers. In short: a seasoned glue-piece if you need veteran depth, but not a proven stat-stuffer.
