South Carolina State’s developing linebacker with upside and physical tools
Powell is a South Carolina State linebacker worth watching because he brings the kind of defensive presence that can grow into a dependable anchor: active, physical, and likely still in an early phase of his college production profile based on the limited public stat trail available for 2026. His appeal is less about a flashy box score and more about projection—teams looking for a tough, role-ready LB with room to develop should keep him on the radar.
