Local freshman OL with college-size upside
Brady Quist is a Richmond, Va. native and freshman offensive lineman for the Richmond Spiders, listed at 6-foot-3 and 274 pounds, giving him a compact, sturdy frame for interior line work in 2026[1][2][10]. His appeal is the combination of hometown toughness and developmental upside: Richmond has him on the active roster at OL, and his recruiting/background profile suggests he arrived with strong strength-train indicators and multi-position line experience before college[1][11]. For a team looking for a young blocker who can grow into reliable physicality, he’s a worthwhile monitor rather than a finished product[1][2].
