UMass Guard with Elite Hustle and Clutch Shooting (2008-09)
Kim Benton, the 5'5" junior guard for Massachusetts Minutewomen, stood out as a tenacious hustle player, ranking T-5th in UMass single-season three-pointers made (50) while earning Atlantic 10 Co-Rookie honors earlier; her senior-level intensity shone through in never-quitting efforts like battling full-throttle despite big leads, blending sharpshooting (career-high games with 3-5 from deep), playmaking, and defensive steals. A perfect fit for teams craving high-energy bench spark and leadership—third all-time at Long Beach State in key categories post-transfer.
