Anthony Del Negro brings stout, scheme-flexible depth to West Virginia’s defensive line
Anthony Del Negro is a West Virginia defensive lineman listed at 6-0, 259, and his value is more about dependable trench work than flashy box-score production; his career stat profile on ESPN shows limited counting stats, while WVU’s roster lists him as a redshirt junior, suggesting a depth-piece who has developed inside the program and can offer physicality, toughness, and rotational reliability. He looks like a fit for a team that needs effort, leverage, and gap discipline more than a high-volume pass-rush specialist.
