Jessika Stratton Caldwell: From Baylor Standout to CHSAA Hall of Famer and Elite Coach
Jessika Stratton Caldwell, a former Baylor Bears guard and four-year starter, earned Colorado Gatorade Player of the Year honors in high school before shining in college; inducted into the CHSAA Hall of Fame in 2024 and Colorado Springs Sports Hall of Fame (Class of 2023), her differentiators include versatile four-sport athleticism, leadership, and coaching prowess—now guiding Valor Christian girls' basketball and previously UCCS women. No active player stats post-college (pre-2026), but her intensity and success make her a proven winner ideal for teams seeking tough, experienced guards or coaching talent.
