DJ Bell brings rangy, playmaking secondary upside
DJ Bell is a productive defensive back with 2026 UCF production that shows real game impact: 12 appearances, 16 tackles, 5 passes defended, and 1 interception. He stands out for active ball skills and a work-on-it mentality, telling reporters he has been focused on getting more aggressive and tracking the ball better in spring ball. That combination of size, coverage disruption, and visible development makes him appealing for a team that wants a DB who can compete physically and create turnovers, not just rack up routine tackles.
