veteran Hawks guard with proven scoring touch
Mariame Djouara is a former Saint Joseph’s guard whose game was defined by shot-making, secondary playmaking, and timely scoring, including multiple double-figure outings and a 2008-09 season assist mark that ranked among the program’s season leaders. In the 2008-10 era, she consistently showed she could create offense and punish defenses in space, which is exactly the kind of steady, guard-friendly profile coaches love. If evaluating her as a fit, think experienced, poised, and productive rather than flashy—more floor-balancer than highlight reel, with the kind of toughness that keeps an offense on schedule.
