Sara Nuxol brings guard play with upside for Samford
Sara Nuxol is a Samford guard worth watching because her value is more about fit and upside than headline stats: as a backcourt piece, she offers the kind of perimeter skill, pace, and defensive competitiveness that can matter in a system built on guard play. Public team stat pages confirm Samford’s 2025-26 roster context, but they do not provide enough player-level detail here to verify individual production, so the clearest read is that Nuxol is a developmental add who could help if your team needs a coachable guard who can compete, move the ball, and fit a role.
