veteran NIU run-stuffer with proven interior juice
Miles Baggett is a veteran Northern Illinois defensive tackle whose value comes from experience, leverage, and interior toughness rather than flashy stats; NIU listed him at 6-foot-2, 281 pounds as a redshirt senior, and 2020 game notes show he was already contributing disruptive moments with a sack and tackles for loss. He stands out as a steady, physical inside presence who can help anchor the run defense and bring maturity to the room, making him a fit for teams that want a disciplined trench worker who does the dirty work and doesn’t need the spotlight.
