Mount St. Mary’s forward Andrew Smeathers brings size and shooting touch
Andrew Smeathers is a 6-foot-8 forward whose value comes from floor spacing and versatility, not just box-score volume: in the 2014-15 season he averaged 8.7 points and 4.0 rebounds in limited games, and he showed real stretch-forward upside with a career-high 22 points on 6-of-7 shooting from three in one outing. He looks like a fit for teams that want a mobile frontcourt piece who can punish space and play with confidence, though his overall scoring efficiency was modest and his production was tied to a small sample.
