Jake Donnellon brings veteran, academic-all-conference reliability to EMU’s offensive line
Jake Donnellon is a seasoned Eastern Michigan offensive lineman from Ypsilanti who has been a steady, high-IQ presence when healthy, including starts in 2020 and earlier years while helping EMU’s run and pass protection hold together. He’s been recognized multiple times on the Academic All-MAC list, a good clue that the staff trusted his preparation and consistency. The wrinkle: his 2021 season was cut short by injury, so the big question is durability. If you want a smart, local, experienced OL who likely knows the playbook cold, he’s your kind of player.
