Early-Impact Linebacker With Room to Grow
Alonzo McQueen is an outside linebacker for South Florida whose current stat line is still very light — one tackle, no sacks or passes defended — so the appeal is more projection than production right now.[1][3] He stands out as a Jacksonville-area defender with a track record of high tackle volume in high school and enough athletic upside to stay on the radar as a developmental piece, but the key question for USF is whether his physical tools and motor translate into consistent college impact.[5][6] If you want a future-oriented LB with upside rather than an immediate box-score star, he fits that profile.
