Maryland’s Old-School Power Back With NFL-Style Versatility
Ricardo Dickerson is a Maryland product best known for rugged, physical running and enough receiving ability to function as a throwback fullback/RB hybrid, with his Maryland bio noting 80 tackles, six sacks, and an interception during his Terps career before he moved on to the pro level.[3] Stat-history pages show him as a Maryland back in the program’s record book, but current public 2026 roster/depth-chart data do not list him on the active Terrapins two-deep, so he should be viewed as a legacy name rather than a current contributor.[1][8][9] If the question is fit, he screams toughness, special-purpose utility, and no-nonsense contact balance—not explosive marquee-star flash.
