Aaron Perez brings left-handed pop and run production to Long Beach State
In the 2026 season, Aaron Perez has been a steady contributor for Long Beach State, hitting .217 with 2 home runs, 9 RBI, and 10 runs scored. The bigger story is his track record: he transferred in after a strong 2025 at Utah Tech, when he posted a .330 average with 8 homers and 42 RBI, showing real middle-of-the-order upside. Perez is a left-handed infielder with a history of defensive reliability and multi-hit ability, so he fits best as a contact-plus-power bat who can stabilize an infield and add some sneaky damage.
