Pepperdine’s interior wildcard with size, rim presence, and upside
Kristen Bowden is a Pepperdine center who brings old-school paint value: size, physicality, and the kind of interior presence that can quietly change possessions even when she isn’t stuffing a box score. Publicly available team sources confirm her place on the 2026-27 roster, but there isn’t enough reliable stat-leader data in the current record to pin down a fresh production profile, so the smart read is on role and fit: she looks like a useful frontcourt piece if a team needs rebounding, rim protection, and toughness. If your roster needs a bruiser who can make life annoying in the lane, Bowden is the kind of player worth a closer look.
