Veteran Guard with High-Intensity Playstyle for Northern Illinois
Marcus Jankus, a 5'11" Canadian point guard from Northern Illinois (2000–2001), is a veteran athlete whose career stats are unavailable due to his long retirement, but his differentiators include elite court vision, relentless defensive intensity, and a team-first personality forged through Prep Stars Canada club experience. While he is not a fit for a current roster due to age (born 1979), his legacy as a high-effort guard who prioritizes leadership over scoring makes him an inspirational figure for teams valuing grit and basketball IQ over raw statistics.
