steady UNC guard with playmaking IQ and ACC-tested toughness
Frasor is a smart, experienced North Carolina guard whose value comes from decision-making, ball security, and setting up teammates rather than scoring volume; as a freshman he averaged 6.4 points and 4.4 assists while starting all 31 games at point guard, and UNC notes he has more assists than turnovers in 48 games across his Tar Heel career. He is a fit for teams that want a composed floor general who understands pace, makes others better, and brings reliable, coachable perimeter depth.
