Experienced QB coach with a proven development track record
Judge is a veteran offensive mind and quarterback coach whose value comes more from leadership, preparation, and scheme fit than raw flash; at Ole Miss, he was elevated from senior analyst to assistant coach ahead of the 2025 season and has helped an offense that averaged 38.7 points per game since 2024. He is known for a blunt, old-school style and for building disciplined units, which can be a strong fit for teams that want detail-driven quarterback development and a coach who demands accountability.
