Sean Young gives UConn a steady, veteran leg in the kicking game
Sean Young is a graduate-student place kicker for UConn who brings experience and stability, with ESPN listing him on the Huskies roster and in their career stats database. He’s the kind of specialist coaches love: low-drama, high-reliability, and useful when games get tight. Publicly available 2026 team stat pages do not show his current season totals yet, but his profile suggests a seasoned kicker whose value is in consistency, composure, and handling pressure rather than flash.
