Youngstown State DB Frank Jarmon is a Physical, Press-Minded Cover Man
Frank Jarmon projects as a **physical cornerback-type defensive back** whose game is built on toughness, man-coverage willingness, and active tackling rather than flashy athletic traits; available scouting notes describe him as a “physical man CB” but also note that he is not consistently fluid as an athlete, which matters against quicker route runners. That profile makes him a fit for a defense that values competitive, contact-oriented DBs who can hold up in press looks and bring edge, but he looks more like a role-specific piece than a pure lockdown cover artist.
