steady North Carolina A&T guard with scoring upside and playmaking touch
Aaren Edmead profiles as a seasoned guard who can handle the ball, create chances for teammates, and give North Carolina A&T usable minutes when his shot is falling. In his North Carolina A&T season log, he averaged 9.6 points and 2.9 assists per game in 2018-19, while ESPN lists him at 5.9 points, 1.7 assists, and 35.0% shooting in his current statistical profile.[7][2] The appeal is his combination of experience, secondary playmaking, and enough perimeter scoring to fit as a low-maintenance rotation guard; the concern is that he has been more efficiency-and-connector than featured offensive engine.[7][2]
