Spencer Gasu brings size, burst, and run-pursuit juice to ASU’s linebacker room
Gasu is an athletic, high-motor linebacker with excellent size and quickness off the snap, and Arizona State has specifically highlighted his ability to excel in run pursuit[1]. His on-field résumé at ASU is limited—just three career appearances with one solo tackle—so the appeal is more about traits than production, but those traits suggest a useful depth piece if you need downhill speed, physicality, and an effort-driven defender who can fit a run-first role[1].
