Veteran Jackrabbit CB with a big-play résumé
Malik Lofton has been a long-time South Dakota State cornerback with a track record of playing in big moments, including a program-record 97-yard fumble return touchdown in 2021. The appeal here is his experience, competitiveness, and playmaking instincts in a winning defense, which matter just as much as raw coverage stats. At 5-foot-10 and around 190 pounds, he profiles as a physical, dependable defensive back who brings grit and field awareness. If a team wants a battle-tested, instinctive CB with special-teams/value-and-takeaway upside, he’s worth a look.
