Lyrell Barfield brings shot-making pop and veteran scoring touch to FAU
Lyrell Barfield is a proven guard scorer for Florida Atlantic, with the profile of a perimeter threat who can heat up quickly and carry stretches of offense. In the 2010 season, she led FAU at 12.3 points per game and knocked down a team-high 63 threes, plus she earned preseason All-Sun Belt recognition for her production and shot-making. That kind of offensive gravity matters: she’s the sort of guard who can bend a defense, punish mistakes, and fit well if your team needs spacing, experience, and a confident scorer who isn’t afraid of the moment.
