a veteran Nicholls linebacker with the kind of old-school presence coaches love
Rick Bleakley’s profile reads like a classic linebacker build for Nicholls: toughness, experience, and a steady down-to-down identity rather than flashy stat-chasing. The available public records surfaced his Nicholls lineage but not current 2026 production, so the safest takeaway is that he should be judged on fit, football IQ, and physicality more than headline numbers. If you want a defender who can set the tone, play with edge, and bring dependable linebacker energy, Bleakley fits the mold.
