Veteran RB with experience, not much recent public stat traction
Waymon Steed is an experienced Texas Southern back whose value is more about trust, physicality, and knowing how to fit into a veteran rotation than flashy box-score output; the publicly available material in this search set does not provide reliable recent stat-leader data, but he is referenced among the Tigers’ seasoned returners, which suggests a player coaches can lean on for steadiness, assignment discipline, and situational toughness. If you want a high-floor, plug-and-play depth piece rather than a headline-grabbing centerpiece, he fits that profile.
