Elven Walker brings steady tackling production and DB reliability for Eastern Illinois
Walker is a proven, assignment-sound defensive back who finished the season with 37 tackles, including a seven-tackle outing and a tackle for loss against Illinois State and UT Martin, showing he can show up in bigger games[1]. His value is in consistency and physicality more than splash plays, which makes him a fit for teams wanting a dependable secondary piece who can tackle in space and hold up in run support[1].
