A Tough, Scoring-Minded Guard with Real Versatility
Maiya Gibson is a combo guard whose calling card is scoring from all three levels, with a track record of attacking the basket and stretching defenses from deep in her North Carolina A&T profile. She was described by the Aggies’ staff as a potential “game changer” and the kind of player who can do whatever the team needs, which is exactly the kind of glue-with-upside guard coaches love. If you want a guard with toughness, range, and a scorer’s mentality, she’s the kind of fit that can quietly juice an offense.
