Preston David gives McNeese size, efficient finishing, and steady paint presence
Preston David is a classic center who brings size, board work, and efficient interior scoring to McNeese, with current season outputs around 3.5 points and 3.3 rebounds per game and solid shooting efficiency.[1] He looks like a fit for a team that needs a low-usage, physical interior piece rather than a high-volume scorer, and his value is in doing the dirty work, protecting the lane, and staying productive without forcing touches.[1][3] The caution flag is upside: his stat line suggests a role player profile, so he helps most as a dependable depth big rather than a focal point.[1][3]
