Brock Higdon brings length, disruption, and proven production to South Alabama’s front
In the 2023 season, Brock Higdon showed real pass-rush juice for South Alabama, posting 18 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, and 5 quarterback hurries while playing in all 13 games.[1][5] At 6-foot-7, he’s a long, rangy DL who can affect the pocket, and his two-sack outing at Oklahoma State was the kind of “I’m here, deal with it” performance that gets scouts leaning forward.[1] He looks like a fit for teams wanting a high-upside edge/line hybrid with experience, effort, and sneaky disruption rather than just size for size’s sake.[1][4]
