Walk-Off Hero & High-Intensity Outfielder for Queens Royals
Jacob Grimes (Queens University Royals, Outfield) is a clutch performer who delivered a walk-off 4-3 win against North Florida in the 2026 season, proving he thrives under pressure. While his 2025 stats show a .200 batting average with 16 hits and 7 RBI across 36 games, his differentiator is his intensity and game-changing impact—like pinch-running for Suppa to secure a 6-5 walk-off series win vs. FGCU. He’s not a top-ranked prospect (no PG grade), but his personality traits of resilience and team-first mentality make him a perfect fit for teams needing reliable late-game outs and emotional leaders. Care about him because he turns close games into victories, and he’s a good fit if you value grit over raw stats.
