big-bodied Wisconsin WR with upside, but still a projection
Chase Hammond is a **6-foot-5, 216-pound** sophomore wide receiver for Wisconsin who brings the kind of size and catch radius that can make him a useful red-zone and possession target.[4] In his 2024 stats, he recorded **5 catches for 50 yards**, suggesting limited volume so far, but his profile hints at a developmental fit rather than an instant-impact star.[5] For a team, he makes sense if you want a physically imposing receiver with room to grow; the key question is whether his production can catch up to his frame.[4][5]
