Augustina Zygaite brings interior size and defensive upside to Richmond’s frontcourt
Augustina Zygaite is a **post presence** worth watching because her value is less about box-score volume and more about matchup utility: at center, she projects as a size-based defender and rebounder who can alter shots, absorb contact, and give Richmond a more physical interior anchor. Publicly available team statistics and roster listings confirm her role with the Spiders, but detailed individual performance data is limited, so the best read is that she fits as a **rim-focused, defense-first big** who can help a team’s identity in the paint.
