Isaiah Thompson brings veteran linebacker steadiness to Prairie View A&M
In the 2026 season, Isaiah Thompson profiles as a seasoned Prairie View A&M linebacker with a long Panthers track record and the kind of experience coaches love: he’s been on the roster since at least 2015, has filled multiple linebacker roles, and plays with a dependable, assignment-sound style that fits a physical defense[1][2]. His upside is less about flashy stats and more about trust, toughness, and knowing where to be — the subtle stuff that helps a defense stay organized and keeps him in the conversation as a useful fit for a team needing stability at the second level[2][14].
