Mason Jones is a disruptive Tarleton State guard who brings defense, activity, and edge
Mason Jones appears to be a high-motor backcourt piece for Tarleton State, with a profile built more on disruption and hustle than pure scoring. In the 2025-26 season, available stat tracking lists him with 45 steals, 14 blocks, and 136 rebounds in 31 games, which hints at a guard who affects winning beyond shot-making and competes like every possession matters. The fit question is simple: if a team wants energy, defensive chaos, and a player who can do the dirty work, Jones is intriguing; if it wants a primary scoring engine, he is less that guy and more the spark plug.
