Sydney Berg adds efficient contact bat and reliable glove for Colgate
Sydney Berg is a versatile Colgate outfielder whose value shows up in both contact and consistency: in the 2025 season, she posted a .200 batting average and .400 on-base percentage in limited action, while her earlier high school profile showed elite efficiency and a 1.000 fielding percentage in a featured game sample. The differentiator is her steady, low-drama profile—she looks like the kind of player who can win innings with clean defense, smart at-bats, and dependable effort rather than raw power, which makes her a useful fit for a staff that wants reliability and lineup flexibility.[2][1]
