Torrey Davis brings experience and edge to Alabama State’s linebacker room
Davis profiles as a physical, experienced defender whose value goes beyond box-score stats: Alabama State lists him at 5-10, 217, and his background suggests a compact, active linebacker who fits best when playing with leverage, effort, and toughness. Publicly available team data on his Alabama State stint is limited, so the clearest takeaway is role-based—he looks like the kind of player coaches value for energy, reliability, and physical play in the run game rather than flashy production.
