Spencer Hood brings reliable, downhill linebacker play to Dartmouth
Hood is a junior linebacker for Dartmouth who has shown he can be a steady, physical presence in the middle of the defense, including a season-high 11 tackles with four solo stops and a tackle for loss. His value is in consistency, run support, and willingness to finish plays rather than flashy counting stats, which makes him the kind of player coaches trust on early downs and in clean-up situations. If you want a dependable, assignment-sound LB who can plug gaps and tackle with intent, he looks like a solid fit.
