Isoken Uzamere’s game is built on toughness, rebound work, and academic poise
A former Hofstra forward/center, Uzamere was known more for glue-player value than gaudy box-score lines: in the 2010-11 season she averaged 1.6 points and 1.3 rebounds in 23 games, with a .375 field-goal mark and limited minutes, while her Hofstra bio notes she also brought shot-blocking flashes and steady interior presence. Her standout differentiator was reliability — she earned CAA All-Academic recognition and later built a long coaching résumé, a strong sign of basketball IQ, professionalism, and buy-in.
