Aaron Lavarias was an all-conference, high-motor edge disruptor for Idaho
Lavarias was a true difference-maker at defensive end for Idaho, finishing his Vandals career with 152 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, 14 sacks, and three fumble recoveries, while earning Idaho’s Defensive Player of the Year honor in both 2009 and 2010 and second-team All-WAC recognition in 2010.[1][6] His calling card was production off the edge—he led the team with 17 tackles for loss and 10 sacks in 2010—and he also brought unusual football IQ and reliability as an Academic All-American who was pursuing a master’s degree in accountancy.[1][6]
