Ishmael Banks brings West Virginia a long, developmental corner with upside
Banks is a 5-foot-11, 181-pound cornerback recruit from Chatham, Virginia, whose appeal is speed, coverage versatility, and room to grow rather than proven college production yet. His profile suggests a DB with the frame to compete physically on the edge and the kind of developmental upside that fits a program looking for a patient, coachable defensive back rather than an immediate star.
