Kieran Woods brings scoring punch and disruptive defense to Chicago State
Kieran Woods is a 6-foot-2 guard who, in the 2015 season, gave Chicago State a steady two-way edge: 9.6 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game, with a 42.4% field-goal mark[2][11]. His best selling points are toughness and versatility—he had a reputation as a high-motor defender, and earlier Chicago State notes highlighted his steal production and all-around activity, including a 2015 stretch where he led the team in steals and averaged double figures[7][10]. He looks like the kind of guard who raises the floor with energy, pressure defense and secondary creation[6][11].
