experienced Alabama A&M QB with dual-threat juice and veteran polish
David Isabelle brings a compact, experienced quarterback profile to Alabama A&M, with a reputation as a dual-threat playmaker who can extend drives with his legs and has shown enough arm talent to handle a spread-style offense. In Alabama A&M’s 2012 cumulative stats, Isabelle posted a 79.4 passer rating, and earlier reports highlighted his mobility and versatility, including a 60-yard touchdown run during his UAB days. The big sell here is competitive toughness and functional athleticism; the caution is that his production profile has not screamed high-volume star, so he looks more like a situational spark or experienced stabilizer than a pure centerpiece.
