Houston guard with hometown ties and minimal offensive usage
Wilson is a Houston-born guard on the Cougars roster, but the available 2025-26 data shows a very small scoring role, so he projects more as a developmental or depth piece than a finished impact creator. His appeal is mostly in fit and intangibles rather than box-score production: local familiarity, guard depth, and the possibility that Houston values his work rate and system buy-in. If you need immediate shot creation or high-volume production, he is not that player; if you want a low-ego guard who can grow inside a disciplined program, he is a reasonable fit.
