steady leg, clean operation, and a veteran punter profile for Oregon State
In the 2026 season, McMullen’s profile is that of a specialist who can help flip field position: ESPN lists him with 3 punts for 124 yards, a 41.3-yard average, a long of 50, and 34.3 net yards per punt. Oregon State’s roster lists him at 6-4, 227 pounds, and the program has noted his value as both a punter and holder, which matters for kicking-game stability. His calling card is efficiency and reliability rather than headline-grabbing volume, making him a sensible fit for a team that wants a composed, assignment-sound punter.
