Billy Richmond III: Arkansas' Explosive Sophomore Sensation Poised for 2026 NBA Draft Glory
Arkansas sophomore guard Billy Richmond III exploded in 2025-26, erupting for 20+ points in five straight games after never topping 16 as a freshman (5.7 PPG, 3.0 RPG, 1.4 APG in 36 games), including a career-high 25 vs. Auburn, 15 points/10 assists double-double in NCAA win over High Point, and 13 points (6-10 FG) vs. Arizona. Labeled the 2026 draft class' best athlete by No Ceilings NBA, his elite explosiveness, rim-rising dunks, steals, and blocks make him a high-upside wing defender and finisher—perfect for teams needing athleticism and SEC-tested intensity over raw polish.
